  • The booking shall be confirmed only against a 30% initial payment. 
  • The remaining balance shall be paid during check-in. 
  • Check-in time is 12.00 PM and check-out time is 09.00 AM. Late check-in & early check out are fine as per the client’s travel schedule.
  • Rates are inclusive of lunch, tea/coffee, snacks, dinner, and breakfast. 
  • Transfers shall not be included in the rates.
  • Children above 5 years will be chargeable. 
  • A/C will operate only from 09:00 PM to 06:00 AM, except for Luxury and Premium Houseboats.
  • Special food requests should be informed prior to arrival (spice, veg or non-veg, coconut oil or sunflower oil). 
  • We can arrange special dishes upon informing us two days prior to check-in after paying an additional charge subject to availability. 
  • Management shall not be responsible for late cruise delays due to client delays at check-in. 
  • If you are dissatisfied with the boat or facilities, you must inform the management before starting the cruise.
  • The management will not be responsible for any refund after the stay is completed.
  • Please check the boat and facilities at arrival time itself.
  • Children below 5 years will be accommodated without an extra bed and shall share food complimentary.
  • Insects like mosquitoes and flies are natural companions to humans in the backwaters. The presence of mosquitoes, flies, and small insects can never be completely eradicated because using poisons, gasses, and sprays would be too harmful to the guests and crew; however, we permit certain servicing and applications to be used, meaning we will reduce the number of flies and insects to the lowest number possible.

No-Show Policy

If you are a no-show without prior notice, no refund will be paid.

Refund Procedure

Refunds will be paid within [7-10] working days, back to the payment method. If GST is applicable, it will be refunded pro-rata.
